BOTOX® (Botulinum toxin type A) is a neuromodulator that we inject into specific areas to temporarily stop the muscle from moving, to ultimately soften the appearance of wrinkles and/or to prevent wrinkles.
BOTOX® has also been FDA approved to treat excessive/abnormal armpit sweating (called hyperhidrosis.) Antiperspirants don’t work well for people with this condition, and BOTOX® is a great solution.
